Holy crap! I stopped reading the interview because, as interested as I am about the topic (and as affected as I have been with throttling), I can’t take reading such ill prepared non-english. How did this incomprehensible fool become head of the nations telecom regulator? Why is the CRTC stunting Canada’s ability to make great leaps forward in the telecom industry? Why is the CRTC leaving the public to fend for ourselves against the telecom giants? I lived in the UK for the past 3 years, and their internet access (mobile, wireless and wired) is both cheaper (relatively) and faster than ours, and the ISPs are rolling out 20MB/s and 50MB/s service! Gawd, I hate being a digital consumer in Canada!
